Roof Cleaning
The black streaks are alive.
Those dark streaks on a shingle roof are algae, not dirt, and scrubbing shortens the roof's life. Soft washing kills it at the root and leaves the granules where they belong.

Driveways & Concrete
Back to the colour it was poured.
Surface-cleaned rather than wand-striped, so there are no zebra lines left behind. Driveways, sidewalks, patios and pool decks, edged in by hand where the machine cannot reach.

Wood, composite and rails.
Grey, weathered boards brought back without furring the timber. Pressure dialled down for the deck and up for the concrete around it, because they are not the same job.

Buildings, entrances, sidewalks and the areas customers actually walk across. Scheduled early or late so nobody loses trading hours over it.

Jobsite machinery washed down with hot water, which is the only thing that shifts caked grease and hydraulic residue properly. Grease and mud off the frame, so it goes back to work clean.
