Services › House Washing
Soft wash house washing for vinyl, brick and painted trim, across Crossville and the Cumberland Plateau.

How Rodney does it
Up on the Plateau, houses stay damp. Morning fog, shade from the trees and a wet spring give algae and mildew everything they need, and it shows first on the north wall and under the eaves as a green or black film.
Blasting that off with a narrow tip is how siding gets cracked, trim gets stripped and water gets forced behind the panels. A soft wash does it the other way round: low pressure, the right detergent and hot water, so the growth is killed and rinsed away instead of being driven into the surface.
Rodney washes houses top to bottom: siding, brick, soffits and trim.

Questions
Yes. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution, so the siding is cleaned rather than blasted. That is the method for vinyl, painted wood and trim, where high pressure can crack panels or push water behind them.
That green or black film is algae and mildew, and it grows where a wall stays damp and shaded, usually the north side or the side under trees. A soft wash kills it at the root, which is why the house stays clean far longer than after a rinse.
Yes. Brick, siding and painted trim are all part of a house wash, each at the pressure that suits it.
